Holding in Company
The Company announces that, pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it received formal notification on 19 May 2008 that on 16 May 2008 Barclays plc had an indirect interest in 3,233,510 ordinary shares in the Company. This represents 5.09% of the current voting rights of the Company. These interests are held through Barclays Stockbrokers Limited and Gerrard Investment Management Limited.
Subsequently, Myhome received formal notification on 20 May 2008 that as at 19 May 2008, Barclays plc no longer had a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
