Dana Petroleum PLC22 February 2006 Tuesday 21 February 2006 Dana Petroleum, on 20 February 2006, received notification from Barclays PLC that, as at 16 February 2006, through the legal entities listed on the attached schedule (dated 16 February 2006), it has a notifiable interest in 5,181,256 ordinary shares of this Company representing 6.06% of the issued share capital.
