AIQ (LSE: AIQ) announces that, on 7 August 2026, the Company was notified by Mr Teong Tiek Wah that, on 6 August 2026, he transferred 387,640 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to a third party in an off-market transfer. Following this transfer, Mr Teong Tiek Wah has an interest in 8,011,236 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.4% of the issued share capital of the Company, via Soctech Capital Fund, which is wholly and beneficially owned by him.
