The Board of Theo Fennell PLC, the AIM-listed international, luxury jeweller, was informed on 7 April 2010 that following the recent equity placing UBS Global Asset Management (UK) Limited have an interest in 1,626,316 ordinary shares representing 7.15% of the issued share capital of Theo Fennell.
The Board of Theo Fennell PLC was also informed on 7 April 2010 that following the recent equity placing AXA S.A. have an interest in 1,212,631 ordinary shares representing 5.33% of the issued share capital of Theo Fennell.
