The Company was notified on 4 September 2008 for the purposes of the Disclosure & Transparency Rules that, as of 2 September 2008, JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited has an interest in 7,753,848 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company, representing 9.99% per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The total number of voting rights is also 7,753,848.
