The Company announces that it has received notification that as at 28 July, 2009, following an acquisition of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") Barclays plc, through the legal entities Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd and Gerrard Investment Management Ltd, had an indirect interest in 14,835,776 Ordinary Shares which represents 6.00% of the current voting rights of the Company.
