The Company announces that it has received notification that following an acquisition of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") Barclays plc, through the legal entities Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd and Gerrard Investment Management Ltd, has an indirect interest in 10,708,632 Ordinary Shares which represents 5.05% of the current voting rights of the Company.
