During August 2026, the number of shares and votes in Hoist Finance AB (publ) has increased as a result of the directed share issue that is a part of the share investment program adopted by the annual general meeting held on 7 May 2026. A total of 429,714 shares were subscribed for and allotted in the new share issue, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the share investment program 2026.
