Helical lets the 12th floor at The Bower

THE BOWER HITS THE RIGHT NOTE WITH AUDIO NETWORK LETTING

Helical plc announces that it has exchanged an Agreement for Lease for the 12th floor of The Tower, The Bower, EC1, comprising 9,572 sq ft, to Audio Network Limited, a leading global music company that creates, owns and licenses premium original music for broadcasters, brands, filmmakers and digital content creators worldwide. Audio Network will relocate to The Bower in November following the completion of minor alterations by the landlord to the fitted space.

The lease has been agreed on an 11-year term, with a tenant break option at year six, and is in line with the March 2026 ERV. Following this transaction, occupancy at The Bower has increased to 96.6%.
