Dividend Declaration

The Schroders plc Board has declared an interim dividend of 7.0 pence per share for the financial year ending on 31 December 2026. The dividend will be paid on 20 August 2026 to shareholders on the register at 7 August 2026.
The Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) will be suspended in respect of the interim dividend. Shareholders will therefore receive the interim dividend as a cash payment.
This announcement is made in accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5(1A).
