Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce ("CIBC") has released its Report to Shareholders for the Second Quarter, 2026 (the "Q2 Report"), which Q2 Report is forward incorporated by reference in CIBC's Prospectus dated 23 January 2026 (the "Prospectus").
The Q2 Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
