Gulf Keystone announces the following transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") on the London Stock Exchange.
Jon Harris, Chief Executive Officer, bought a total of 14,000 common shares in the Company on 20 October 2026 at a price of 212.7287p per common share on the London Stock Exchange. Following the transaction, Jon Harris owns 546,401 common shares in the Company, in aggregate representing 0.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Gabriel Papineau-Legris, Chief Executive Officer, bought a total of 10,000 common shares in the Company on 20 October 2026 at a volume weighted average price of 196.9284p per common share on the London Stock Exchange. Following the transactions, Gabriel Papineau-Legris owns 529,334 common shares in the Company, in aggregate representing 0.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
