Grants of Options & PDMR dealings
Itaconix (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in high-performance plant-based specialty polymers, announces a grant of options to certain PDMRs.
On 21 April 2026, a total of 384,025 options over ordinary shares of £0.50 in the Company ("Options") were granted under the Company's employee share option plan. Of the Options granted, 216,350 Options were granted to certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"). The following PDMRs were granted Options:

The Company's employee share option plan has been designed to reward employees of the Company for performance that delivers value for shareholders and incentivise employees to work effectively together to deliver key corporate objectives. The vesting of the 2026-2028 Long Term Incentive Options is based on achievement of revenue, adjusted EBITDA, and total shareholder return targets within the next 5 years and continued employment.
As at today's date, there are a total of 956,302 Options outstanding.
