Granting of Share Options
Theo Fennell PLC announces that on 1st April 2010 the Company issued a total of 1,250,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company to its directors and staff.
900,000 of these options were issued to the Company's directors at an exercise price of 38p per share. These options, which will vest in equal portions over 3 years, are exercisable up to 10 years from the date of grant.
