Grant of SAYE options

NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX) announces that it has today launched its 2026 Save As You Earn Scheme (the "2026 SAYE Scheme") for all eligible UK employees, offering a savings plan over three years.
Employees were invited to subscribe for a grant of options ("Options") over the Company's Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 45.02 pence per share in accordance with the terms of the 2026 SAYE Scheme. This represents a discount of 20% from the average mid-market closing price for an Ordinary Share on the three business days from 2 April 2026 to 8 April 2026 prior to the invitation made to all eligible employees.
A total of 99,042 Options have been granted under the 2026 SAYE scheme, representing 0.02% of the Company's current issued share capital. 40,426 of these Options were granted to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") as outlined below:
