Grant of SAYE Options

Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE) the fast growing and progressive Flooring Distributor in the UK, announces that it has closed its 2026 Save as You Earn ("SAYE") Scheme for all eligible employees.

Options were granted to 133 employees over a total of 3,199,571 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the share capital of the Company under its employee Save As You Earn share option scheme in accordance with HMRC rules, of which 2,599,143 vest in three years' time and 600,428 vest in five years' time. The 2026 SAYE options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the SAYE scheme, of 21.4 pence.
