Theo Fennell PLC06 December 2007 Theo Fennell plc ("the Company") Grant of Options On 6 December 2007, the Company agreed to grant options to subscribe for 500,000ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at 72.5p per share to Pamela Harper,the new Chief Executive.
