Granting of Share Options
Theo Fennell PLC announces that on 4th August 2010 the Company issued a total of 700,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company to certain directors at an exercise price of 40p per share.
These options, which will vest in equal portions over 3 years, are exercisable up to 10 years from the date of grant.
