Grant of awards under Long Term Incentive Plan
Facilities by ADF plc (AIM:ADF), a leading provider of premium serviced production facilities to the UK film and high-end television industry, announces that on 16 September 2026, the Company awarded 2,597,657 options under the Facilities by ADF Long Term Incentive Plan to its Executive Directors as set out in the table below. The award is over ordinary shares of £0.01 ("Ordinary Shares") in the form of options to acquire Ordinary Shares at nominal value ("LTIP Awards").

The LTIP Awards will vest not earlier than the third anniversary of grant subject to meeting the performance conditions applied to the awards measured over the three-year period ending 31 December 2028. 50% of the award is subject to a PBT growth performance target and 50% is subject to a total shareholder return ("TSR") growth target. The LTIP Awards are subject to a two-year post-vesting holding period.
