Fundraising

Following the adoption of its revised investing strategy in 2025 focused on identifying and investing in high-growth physical AI and robotics companies at an early stage of commercialisation, SEED has completed three investments. It is now announcing its intention to raise additional capital through an issue of new securities (the "Proposed Fundraising") to pursue further opportunities in the sector and provide capacity for follow-on investment in selected existing portfolio companies.

Capital Access Window

The Company wishes to announce that, following the recent amendments to the AIM Rules for Companies, it intends to utilise the newly introduced Capital Access Window facility in connection with the Proposed Fundraising.

The AIM Rules Capital Access Window facility provides the Company with a voluntary mechanism to implement a temporary pause in trading in its securities. The Company has elected to utilise this facility in order to achieve pricing stability during the Proposed Fundraising.

Accordingly, trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares will enter a Capital Access Window trading halt with effect from 7.30 a.m. today. The Company will provide a further announcement in due course.
