Ian Dighé, Chairman, commented:
"Since the year end, the Company's NAV per share has increased by 5.4% from 73.88p to 77.84p at 31 August 2026, as shown above. Of this increase, 3.2% has been achieved since the appointment of Dowgate as Portfolio Manager on 28 July 2026. The Board is pleased with the progress to date and looks forward to working with Dowgate over the coming years."
The Directors are pleased to attach the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026.
