Exercise of Options & Total Voting Rights

TPXimpact Holdings PLC (AIM: TPX), a leading digital transformation partner, announces that it received notification of exercise, in relation to 112,795 share options ("Options") over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Company's Share Option Plans (the "Exercise").

Accordingly, application has be made for 112,795 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (“Admission”). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on or around 23 September 2026.

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following Admission, the Company will have 95,297,304 Ordinary Shares, each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 95,297,304. Accordingly, the figure of 95,297,304 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
