Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE) the fast growing and most progressive flooring distributor, announces that the Company has issued 125,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy the exercise of options under the Company's 2021 Employee Management Incentive Scheme, which were granted at 18 pence.

Additionally, under its 2023 Save As You Earn Scheme, 10,588 share options were exercised, at a price of 17 pence per option and are to be satisfied by the transfer of 10,588 existing Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

Application has been made for 125,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), with dealings expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 6 November 2026.

Following the transfer and Admission, the issued share capital of the Company will be 367,143,567 and the Company now holds 1,782,630 shares in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company is now 365,360,937 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Likewise under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
