Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the AIM quoted West Africa, UK and Ireland focused oil and gas exploration and production company, today announces that 600,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), will be issued pursuant to the exercise of options by employees under the Company's 2011 EMI Scheme.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 600,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective on or around 8.00 a.m. on 4 August 2026.

Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 1,316,739,215. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
