Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Everyman Media Group PLC (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of 143,950 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to satisfy the exercise of options.
It is expected that the Admission takes place at 8.00 a.m. on or around 7 May 2026. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Ordinary Shares of the Company currently traded on AIM.
Following Admission, the Company will have 91,324,710 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not currently hold any shares in treasury and therefore this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
