Exercise of Options

Xaar plc (LSE: XAR), the leading inkjet printing technology group, announces that on the 8th and 16th July 2026 a total of 3,041 options were exercised under the Xaar Sharesave Plan, which the Company satisfied by the issue of 3,041 new ordinary shares in the Company.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading of the 3,041 new ordinary shares on the Official List. It is expected that admission will become effective at 8.00am on 8 September 2026.

As 2,109 new ordinary shares and 932 new ordinary shares were allotted and issued on 8th July 2026 and 16th July 2026 respectively, the Company confirms that the number of shares in issue remains at 79,822,969. Therefore the number of total voting rights remain at 79,822,969 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Xaar plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
