Please note that no Daily NAV announcement will be made on Monday, 27 Apr 2026 as the Vietnam's stock markets are closed for business on the occasion of Hung Kings' Festival.
The Company announces that, as of the close of business on 24 Apr 2026, its Estimated NAV was USD 101.6 million or USD 5.370 per share and GBP 75.4 million or GBP 3.983 per share (GBP/USD = 1.3482).

Calendar year-to-date performance is calculated by reference to NAV/share and VNAS at the previous calendar year end (31 Dec 2025). 1-year performance is calculated by reference to NAV/share and VNAS as of 24 Apr 2025. 3-year CAGR (compound annual growth rate) is calculated by reference to NAV/share and VNAS as of 24 Apr 2023. 5-year CAGR is calculated by reference to NAV/share and VNAS as of 24 Apr 2021. 10-year CAGR is calculated by reference to NAV/share and VNAS as of 24 Apr 2016. 15-year CAGR is calculated by reference to NAV/share and VNAS as of 24 Apr 2011. VNAS is sourced from Bloomberg, which uses back-tested positions for VNAS for before 29 Jan 2014 as released by HoSE (Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange).
(*) - As VNAS can be sourced from Bloomberg from 2009 only, the CAGR since inception is calculated by reference to NAV/share and VNIndex as of 30 Jun 2006.
