Final Dividend Timetable

As referred to in the Full Year Results announcement released on 13 October 2026, Bellway p.l.c. (the 'Company') announces that, for FY26, the Board has recommended a final dividend of 52.0p per share (2025: 49.0p), bringing the total dividend for the year to 75.0p per share (2025: 70.0p), an increase of 7.1%.

The final dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 November 2026.

Shareholders may elect to reinvest their final dividend in Bellway ordinary shares through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRIP'), which is managed by the Company's registrar. For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's registrar, MUFG Corporate Markets.

The dividend timetable is as follows:
