Dividend Declaration

Alliance Witan PLC declares a second interim dividend of 7.33p per share, up 3.5% on the equivalent dividend of 7.08p paid in the same period in the last financial year.

The dividend will be paid on 30 September 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28 August 2026. The ex-dividend date is 27 August 2026.

It is the Board's intention, barring any unforeseen circumstances, to at least maintain the quarterly dividend rate of 7.33p for the year to 31 December 2026, which would represent the 60th consecutive annual increase, one of the longest records of rising dividends in the investment trust industry.
