Interim Dividend of 23 US cents per ordinary share

Further to the announcement of 30 July 2026 of an interim dividend of 23 US cents per ordinary share, the equivalent of the dividend detailed above in Sterling is 16.987 pence per share and in Euros is 19.775 Euro cents per share based on exchange rates of US$1:£0.7386 and US$1:€0.8598.

The US$:£/€ conversion rates were determined by the actual rates achieved by Anglo American buying forward contracts for those currencies during the three working days preceding this announcement, for delivery on the dividend payment date.

As announced on 30 July 2026, the equivalent of the dividend in South African Rand is 384.54390 cents per ordinary share, based on an exchange rate of US$1:ZAR16.71930, taken on Wednesday, 29 July 2026, and the equivalent of the dividend in Botswana Pula is 330.45940 thebes per ordinary share, based on an exchange rate of US$1:BWP14.36780, taken on Wednesday, 29 July 2026, being the currency conversion date.

The payment date of the dividend is Tuesday, 29 September 2026.
