Dividend Clarification
Further to the 3rd quarter operating results update for period ended 31 March 2026 and dividend declaration announcement released on 20 May 2026, Goldplat Plc is providing further detail on the dividend rate for the interim dividend of £300,000 declared.
The interim dividend will be at a rate of 0.17464 pence per share, and will be paid to shareholders on 12 June 2026, with the record date being 29 May and ex-dividend date 28 May 2026.
