Fourth Interim Dividend

30 July 2026

Murray Income Trust PLC (the "Company") declares a fourth interim dividend per share of 12.50 pence in respect of the financial year to 30 June 2026, payable on 10 September 2026. The ex-dividend date is 6 August 2026 and the record date is 7 August 2026.

As a result, the total dividend for the year is 41.00p per Ordinary share, representing a 2.5% increase on the previous year's total dividend of 40.00p per share and is the 53rd consecutive year of dividend increases by the Company.

The final date for participating in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the "DRIP") is 13 August 2026. Further details on the DRIP may be found on the website of the registrar MUFG Corporate Markets, at https://uk.investorcentre.mpms.mufg.com/.
