DIVIDEND DECLARATION
Dividend for Quarter Ended 30 June 2026
The Company's current dividend policy, as announced on 10 July 2026, is to target an annual dividend of c. 6% to be paid quarterly at a rate of 1.5% of the preceding quarter-end NAV per share.
In accordance with this policy the Board of the Company has declared that an interim dividend will be payable as follows in respect of the quarter ended 30 June 2026 in respect of the Company's Ordinary Shares:
Ex-Dividend Date: 23 July 2026
Record Date: 24 July 2026
Payment Date: 27 August 2026
Dividend per Ordinary Share: 1.51 pence per Ordinary Share
Dividends will be paid gross of tax.
