Partners Group Private Equity Limited (“PGPE Ltd”)
Declaration of second interim dividend for FY 2026
The Board of Directors of Partners Group Private Equity Limited today declares a second interim dividend of EUR 0.325 per share for the financial year 2026, in line with previous guidance to distribute 5% p.a. of the previous year's closing NAV, via semi-annual payments.
The second interim dividend will be paid on 11 December 2026. The relevant date for the entitlement to the dividend (record date) will be 6 November 2026 and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 5 November 2026.
Following Shareholder approval of the Managed Wind-Down Alternative at the EGM held on 7 October 2026, the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRIP”) has been terminated. Shareholders who previously participated in the DRIP will receive cash dividends in respect of those shares in Euro. In addition, following the cessation of the Company’s Sterling quote (PEYS), all dividends declared by the Company will be paid in Euro.
