B90 Holdings (AIM: B90), the a performance marketing and MarTech business, announces that, on 24 September 2026, Ronny Breivik, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 258,448 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") at a price pf 3.85 pence per Share. Following this purchase, Mr Breivik's interest in Shares, directly and indirectly, comprises 31,308,423 Shares, representing in aggregate approximately 7.10% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
