PDMR dealings
Fermi Inc. (NASDAQ: FRMI) (LSE: FRMI) ("Fermi" or the "Company") announces that on 14 August 2026, the following award of unlisted restricted stock units over common stock of the Company of par value $0.001 per share ("Common Stock") ("RSUs") was made at nil cost under the Company's 2025 Long Term Incentive Plan to a certain person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company as listed below. The award will be subject to forfeiture whilst it remains restricted. The RSUs will vest on the dates indicated in the footnote to the following table.
