Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
On 22 May 2026, Damian Fehrenberg, Interim CFO and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, was granted a conditional share award over 62,189 ordinary shares of 1p each in SThree plc under the SThree plc Long Term Incentives Plan 2026. No price is payable by the PDMR on either the grant or vesting of the award.
The award will vest on 31 March 2028, subject to continued employment and satisfaction of performance conditions. The award is subject to malus (withholding) and clawback (recovery).
