Director/PDMR Share Dealings
The Company was notified today of transfers, dated 27 October 2026, totaling 500,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) by David Green, the Chairman and Chief Executive of Colefax Group Plc. The transfers comprised 250,000 Ordinary Shares to his son Timothy Green, Commercial Director of Colefax Group Plc and 250,000 Ordinary Shares to his son Nicholas Green. Both transfers were for nil consideration. Following the transfers the holdings of David Green and his wife Judy Green, Tmothy Green and Nicholas Green are as follows:
