Directors' and PDMR interests in shares
Marshalls plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification on 4 December 2009 that the Trustee of the Company's HM Revenue & Customs approved share purchase plan ("the Plan"), Yorkshire Building Society, purchased ordinary shares of 25 pence each on behalf of the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility on 3 December 2009, to be held in accordance with the rules of the Plan. The shares were purchased at a price of 92.35 pence per share.
