Vodafone Group Plc ("Vodafone") announces that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") acquired shares on 31 July 2026 under the Vodafone Global Incentive Plan. This award was conditional on continued employment within the Vodafone Group.
