Rockwood Strategic Plc (LSE: RKW) announces that it received notice on 15 October 2026 that Richard Staveley, PDMR of the Company, purchased 8,180 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, at a price of 304 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 October 2026.
Following the purchase, Mr Staveley, together with his wife, is interested in 463,408 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 0.7% of RKW's issued share capital.
