On 30 September 2026, Matthew Beesley, Chief Executive Officer, carried out the following transactions:
· Exercise of options over 930,853 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company (Shares), granted under the Company's 2018 Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP").
· Subsequent sale of 447,370 Shares at £1.72753 per Share, sufficient to cover tax liabilities and expenses arising on the above exercise, retaining the balance of 483,483 Shares.

· Transfer of 207,169 Shares for nil consideration to Katy Mepham, a person closely associated (PCA) with Wayne Mepham under the UK Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

· Acquisition of 207,169 Shares, transferred from Wayne Mepham, for nil consideration.
