Porvair, the specialist filtration, laboratory and environmental technology group, announces it has been informed of the following transactions by Directors of the Company:
Purchase of ordinary shares
Hooman Caman Javvi, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 14,143 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("ordinary shares").
James Mills, Group Finance Director, purchased 5,200 ordinary shares in the Company.
Following this transaction, Hooman Caman Javvi's holding in the Company is 26,878 ordinary shares, and James Mills' holding in the Company is 74,590 ordinary shares, representing 0.06% and 0.16% of the Company's issued share capital respectively.
