Kiln Ltd21 May 2007 Kiln Ltd PDMR shareholding The Board of Kiln Ltd (the "Company") announces that admission of the Company'sshares to listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and totrading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities("Admission") has occurred and dealings in those shares commenced at 8:00 a.m.(BST) today, as disclosed in the Company's Prospectus dated 23 March 2007. Theexisting designation on trading screens of 'KIN' remains unchanged following thelisting of the Company and the Company has replaced Kiln plc as a constituent ofthe FTSE All Share Index. The Directors held as at Admission the following disclosable interests in theCompany's common shares of 1p each.
