Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of advanced RF solutions for the space, aerospace and defence, and telecoms infrastructure markets, announces that Jonathan Neale, Non-Executive Chair, has today sold 65,151 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 244.50p per share. Following the sale, Jonathan continues to hold a beneficial interest in 200,000 Ordinary Shares.
