NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR THEIR CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company was notified by its custodian of the Senior plc Global Nominee Service (the "Global Nominee"), that on 1 June 2026 it had purchased ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company on behalf of the Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") set out in the table below.

The PDMRs acquired the shares as dividend shares having elected to re-invest the ordinary dividend payable on those of their shares that are held in the Global Nominee.
