Strategic Minerals plc (AIM: SML; USOTC: SMCDY), an international mineral exploration and production company, announces that it has been notified that Philip Haydn-Slater, Non-Executive Director of Strategic Minerals, acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.6p per Ordinary Share on 29 July 2026. The resultant beneficial shareholding of Mr Haydn-Slater is 7,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.24% of the Company's issued share capital.
