Crimson Tide plc (AIM: TIDE), the provider of the mpro5 process management app, announces that on 24 August 2026 James Joyce, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 11,435 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 87.45 pence per Ordinary Share, representing a total consideration of £9,999.91.
Following this purchase, James Joyce is interested in 11,435 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.17 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
