Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
The Rank Group Plc (LSE: RNK) (the "Company") announces that on 22 September 2026, conditional awards were granted to PDMRs to acquire ordinary shares of 13 8/9 pence each in the Company (the "Shares") under The Rank Group Plc 2020 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP"), in line with the applicable rules of the LTIP and the Directors' Remuneration Policy. The awards are subject to continued employment and the achievement of performance conditions which are set out in the Company's 2026 Annual Report and Accounts, available at www.rank.com.
The price per share used to calculate the number of Shares over which the conditional awards have been granted is 85.88 pence (being the average of the closing price of the Company's Shares over the five trading days prior to the date of grant).
