Devro PLC announces that on the 4 August 2009, Paul Neep, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 4,330 ordinary shares of 10p each in the company ("shares") at a price of 112p per share.
Accordingly Paul Neep now holds voting rights attached to 162,334 ordinary shares representing 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
